What is your Return Policy
Any product returned to SyTech requires a RMA issued by SyTech Support. No credit is issued if the product has been registered with SyTech. Registration is performed by the user contacting SyTech for a product Key Number.
The amount of credit for a return is determined by the length of time that has expired from the date of shipment.

How can I tell if my product is registered or not?
In XLReporter version 12 and up, the Registration status is displayed on the right side of the XLReporter Project Explorer directly above the Item and Value table where the version number, serial number and interface information is displayed.

In pre-version 12 XLReporter installations, the Registration status can be found in the System section of the XLReporter Project Explorer directly above the version number.
